Tonia Vermette (she/her) is a visual artist, painter, knitter, gardener, photographer and maker of things and volunteer. She studied at the University of Manitoba and holds a BFA from the University of Saskatchewan. Tonia recently embraced the fun, silly and ridiculous in her art practice. She worked collaboratively as mural artist, painting door disguises in Yorkton and District homes. She had a great adventure covering the town in yarn with the Yorkton Yarn Bomber Collective. She is currently dreaming of new projects in Moose Jaw.
