2021 colorAfter much deliberation, the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils, has decided to cancel Mini-Showcase 2021 and move to a virtual event, however, the OSAC Annual General Meeting and the Visual Arts Exhibitions will still take place on Saturday, October 16th Via Zoom.

The in-person registration numbers were minimal, and we felt that asking even that number of people, plus the OSAC Board from across the province to gather in Regina was not a good use of our resources.

The Ramada Plaza will contact all delegates to cancel their reservations. OSAC through, Ticketpro, will also refund the registration fees for those that had registered for Mini-Showcase 2021.

The October 16th Schedule will be as follows:

  • Welcome Greetings - 10:15am
  • OSAC Annual General Meeting - 10:30am
  • Visual Arts Exhibition Announcements - Immediately following the AGM

You may register for the event HERE

Once you register you will receive a link that will allow you to enter the meeting on October 16th.

Unfortunately, we have cancelled the Kris Alvarez workshop, but hope to invite Kris for a future in person conference visit.
