OSAC’s Arts on the Move program is a great opportunity for artists as a large portion of the administrative and organizational tasks are completed by OSAC staff.

Once you have been selected for an exhibition and have delivered your work to OSAC we begin the process of touring your work.

Touring Your Work
  • We book and manage the details of the tour by handling contracts, fees, communications, insurance, and educational materials.
  • We pack the exhibition using museum standard packing techniques and manage the shipment schedule between communities.
  • We create an education guide specific to your exhibition and provide these directly to the communities that will be showing your work. These guides are used by gallery facilitators and local schools.
  • We produce all supplementary materials: catalogues or brochures, information panels, labels, packing guides, installation instructions, press releases and posters.
