The Outlook and District Arts Council is saddened to announce the death of Nancy Carlson on December 27, 2024, at the fine age of 96.

Nancy was a founding member of our council in 1984 and remained a member all these years.  She held many positions on the board; her specialty was, however, all things food-related, in which she was commander-in-chief.  She loved to attend Showcase;  her first was Prince Albert in 1986, and her last was in 2019.

She received an OSAC Volunteer Recognition award in 2011.  Nancy will be missed by our board and the community of Outlook.
