OSAC is hosting a Virtual Diversity Workshop with Pauline Streete | February 15, 2023 | 7pm-8:30 | Zoom Platform

The focus of the training session is to examine the benefits, opportunities, and some of the factors that influence the successful implementation of diversity initiatives. The benefits of diverse groups working towards a common objective will be explored.

Participants will also explore some of the less obvious challenges that impact decision-making concerning diversity. Tools to guide imbedding diversity within the arts will be shared.
